Здравствуйте, подскажите, как работает клапан картерных газов, октавиа а5 BSE (МПИ), 1,6. расход масла, 0,5 литра на 1000 км. двигатель перебрали уже два раза, осталось одно, масло уходит через вентиляцию картера с отработавшими газами обратно в камеру сгорания. Устранение масложора двигателей 1.6 MPI семейства EA113 (BFQ, BGU, BSE, BSF)

Моторы BFQ, BGU, BSE, BSF ставились на большое количество авто с 2000 по 2015 год, они довольно надёжные и ресурсные, просты конструктивно .

Зарекомендовали себя в такси и нередко демонстрировали ресурс 500-600 тыс. км.

Расход масла в этих моторах возникает по классическим для многих моторов причинам:
— неисправность системы ВКГ;
— залегание маслосъёмных колец;
— механический износ цилиндро-поршневой группы.

1. Неисправность системы ВКГ заключается, как правило, в закоксованности маслоотделителя , находящегося под клапанной крышкой, клапана ВКГ , состыкованного с маслозаливной горловиной, и вакуумного шланга , соединяющего этот клапан со впускным коллектором.
Это провоцирует неправильную работу системы ВКГ, в следствие чего картерные газы не очищаются от масляных паров, масло летит во впускной коллектор и в цилиндры .
Диагностируется проверкой наличия масла в патрубках за клапаном ВКГ.
Чтобы устранить или предотвратить эту проблему, нужно очистить маслоотделитель, вакуумный шланг и клапан ВКГ от отложений .
Такая процедура предписана, например, как регулярная профилактическая в серии книг «Ремонт без проблем» издательства «Третий Рим».

Борьбу с масложором рекомендую начинать именно с этих процедур.

2. Залегание маслосъёмных колец происходит в основном в следствие несвоевременной замены масла. Также нередки случаи использования контрафактного масла.
Для России VAG озвучивает по умолчанию обязательные интервалы замены масла 15 000 км, и лишь рекомендует промежуточные замены масла раз в 7 500 км, но я никогда не слышал и не видел, чтобы кто-то эти рекомендации произносил вслух либо чётко прописывал в руководстве по эксплуатации.

Замена масла раз в 15 000 км спровоцирует наверное любой мотор к масложору и ускоренному износу.
Особенно при городской эксплуатации по регулярным пробкам и пыльным дорогам с некачественным топливом.

Диагностируется залегание маслосъёмных колец часто по характерным следам масла на стенках цилиндров.
Лечим мы такие случаи грамотной раскоксовкой .

Раскоксовка в плане борьбы с масложором стоит вторым пунктом , в случае , конечно, отсутствия значительного износа цилиндро-поршневой группы .

3. Механический износ возникает в следствие исчерпания ресурса, а преждевременно — в первую очередь из-за несвоевременного обслуживания, также из-за нештатных режимов эксплуатации и при возникновении неисправностей.

Диагностируется элементарно: с помощью качественного видеоэндоскопа оценивается степень износа стенок цилиндров, хон-риска при этом служит визуальным индикатором, и замером давления сжатия (компрессии).

Также, если эндоскоп имеет поворотную камеру, легко обнаружить подтёки масла с маслосъёмных колпачков . По причине сильного износа маслосъёмных колпачков может сгорать до 250 мл масла на 1000 км , но это бывает очень редко и на пробегах более 250-300 тыс км.

Классический способ устранения механического износа — замена изношенных деталей , в случае блока цилиндров — обычно его расточкой либо гильзовкой.
Есть и нетрадиционные способы : разного рода ремонтно-восстановительные составы для двигателей, но об их эффективности ничего утверждать не могу, в данный момент тестирую один такой состав на двух авто с сильно изношенными моторами, отношусь скептически. Но результаты покажут, насколько справедлив мой скепсис.

Как правило, масложор не появляется по одной какой-то причине . Но большинства из них можно избежать своевременным обслуживанием.
Масло менять в этих и большинстве других моторов я рекомендую раз в 5000-7500-10000 (15000, если средняя скорость движения позволяет уложить интервал 15000 км в 250 моточасов, или авто эксплуатируется в мягком климате) км , соответственно типу эксплуатации: город — город/трасса — трасса, что соответствует регламентам VAG QI1, QI2 и QI3.
